By accessing or purchasing from Authenticity’s website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our policies (including Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

2. Products & Availability

All products are offered in limited quantities. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the sale of any product at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD.

• We accept payments through secure third-party providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).

• You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details. Authenticity is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within the timeframes listed in our Shipping Policy.

• Once your order leaves our facility, the carrier assumes responsibility. Authenticity is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

• International customers are responsible for customs fees and import duties.

5. Refunds & Returns

• All sales are final.

• Order changes (size/color) must be requested within 72 hours of purchase for the same product.

• For defective items, contact us at td.authenticity@gmail.com within a reasonable timeframe with order details and photos.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, content, and imagery are the intellectual property of Authenticity LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without prior written consent.

7. User Conduct
