Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Tracking & Delivery Times
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Domestic Orders: Usually arrive within 3-4 business days via USPS or UPS.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary; are best shipped with DHL Worldwide for speed and reliability.

Carrier Responsibility
Once your order leaves our hands, the carrier takes responsibility. For lost or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly:

  • USPS/UPS – File a claim or locate packages directly.

  • DHL (International) – File a claim, request tracking support, or locate packages directly.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to refusal or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

International Orders
All import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
