At Authenticity, every drop is limited. Because of that, all sales are final — no returns, refunds, or store credits once your order is placed.

Size & Color Changes
Changed your mind on size or color? No problem — Contact us within 24 hours of your order and we’ll adjust it for you, as long as it’s the same product and still in stock. After that window, orders are locked in.

We give you everything you need upfront — detailed descriptions, sizing info, and product photos. Please check before you complete your order.

Quality Promise
We take pride in our craft. If your piece shows up with a real manufacturing issue, send us an email at td.authenticity@gmail.com with your order number and pictures. We’ll review and make it right if needed.
