- What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery is their responsibility. Please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL directly for lost or delayed packages. If you believe there’s a defect with your order itself, contact us at td.authenticity@gmail.com.
